Amanda lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband, Scott, and two dogs. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BS and additionally holds an associate’s degree in Business. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs as well as her horse. She has several passions outside of real estate including competing in horseback riding competitions and crafting.
Scott has a background in cybersecurity and has worked with over a dozen different Fortune 500 companies over the years. He has a unique ability to adapt to dynamic and changing needs and pick up new challenges and complete complex projects. He primarily assists with getting funding for property purchases and working with the management company after the acquisition.
Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units throughout five states, nearing $300MM. He sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.
Ryan has used that knowledge as a Managing Partner to grow his multifamily portfolio by over $200MM. Over the past 20 years, Ryan has become an experienced underwriter who has been critical in mitigating risks, identifying opportunities, developing strategic operating plans, and optimizing overall investor returns.
With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
